CSP Jacques Burora

Jacques Burora is a Chief Superintendent of Police (CSP). For the last 25 years, CSP Burora has developed advanced skills in strategic leadership and management, financial management and computerised accounting.

He attended an Advanced International Training on Project Management in Sweden, holds a post graduate diploma in Strategic Leadership and Management from Maastricht University and two masters degrees in Business Administration and in Peace Studies and Conflict Transformation at the University of Rwanda.

CSP Burora has worked with the Rwanda National Police and the Ministry of Internal Security in positions including Commissioner for Finance, Planning, Deputy Project Manager (Programme for Democratic Policing Project), the National Police Internal Auditor, Personal Assistant and Advisor to the Minister of Internal Security.

He extended his service in Sudan, as a member of the United Nations Mission in the Sudan (UNAMIS). His passion for finance motivated him to serve as Finance and Quick Impact Projects Coordinator within UNAMIS.

He has received numerous training certificates including from the International Training Programme on project management in Sweden, strategic planning, international financial reporting standards, and human resource management. His wide range of skills and diverse experiences make CSP Burora a valued member of the Zigama CSS Board of Directors.
