Governance

Zigama CSS corporate governance ensures members are served well and that we meet all legal obligations and requirements. At the operational level, our departments work hard to understand your needs and provide you with products and services that suit you best. Our structure is made up of a General Assembly, the Board of Directors and the Executive Management.

Zigama CSS General Assembly is the highest organ of the institution and is responsible for overseeing the operations of the cooperative.
It convenes twice a year to discuss the progress of the cooperative and strategise for the future.
