How We Are Governed

General Assembly
The highest Governing body, representing the Membership and meeting twice a Year.
Board of Directors
Represents the interests of members and Staff between General Assemblies, with Members drawn from the six Member Institutions.
Executive Management
Manages the Bank’s day-to-day Operations and Reports to the Board.

The board that answers to the membership, and the management that answers to the board.
